The graph on the left displays the average of 75 automated expansion runs (feeding & expansion), pink line; compared to manual feeding with automated expansion, blue line.
In conclusion, binding real-time Cell Quality Attribute (CQAs) monitoring (iLine F microscope) & media feeding results in:
- an increased growth rate.
- a higher cell density.
